The vehicles we manufacture are the finished results of our skilled workforce, and we're hiring even more. We are looking for Specialists and Team Members to join us in crafting a wide variety of vehicles from the Mercedes-Maybach GLS SUV to our all-electric electric vehicle, the EQS SUV and EQE SUV. Our Tuscaloosa County site is home to the production of Mercedes’ luxury SUV models, including electric vehicles.

Just down the road in Bibb County, MBUSI has launched the production of high-performance lithium-ion batteries. Our two campuses are among the most advanced automotive manufacturing facilities in the world, with over 6 million square feet combined.

• Assist with the development and improvement of purchasing processes, systems, and reporting tools.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and management briefings that clearly communicate data, project status, and key findings.
• Support system testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of purchasing tools and applications.
• Serve as liaison between internal business partners, suppliers and the purchasing team.
• Assist with user support, training materials, process documentation, and system instructions.
• Participate in team workshops, project meetings, and process improvement activities.
• Run, analyze and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Support organizational development initiatives focused on improving efficiency, standardization, and digitalization within Purchasing.

• Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets, Pivot Tables, charts, formulas, and analysis tools.
• Create, update, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations, project updates, and executive-level summaries.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, track action items, and report progress.
• Support continuous improvement and digitalization activities within the Purchasing Processes & Systems team.

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Controlling, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, HR Management, Procurement, Legal, HR Management, Supply Chain Management or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
