Snelling is currently recruiting for an experience Construction Project Manager with a strong background in managing construction projects of varying sizes and complexities. This role has a heavy emphasis on estimating, quoting, contract review, pre construction planning, and active coordination with field teams.
Location:
Trafford, AL
Travel up to 20% for site walks, readiness inspections, installation oversight, commissioning, and work events
Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000, based on experience.
- Lead construction projects from planning through commissioning and closeout
- Estimate projects, perform material takeoffs (MTOs), and prepare customer quotes
- Conduct and lead pre construction meetings with internal teams and clients
