Are you studying an architectural or construction‑related degree and looking to secure a placement year?

What You’ll Need:

To be studying an architectural or construction-related degree
A passion for construction and eagerness to learn!

What You’ll Do:

Daily check on 4

Projects for drawing status, highlighting any urgent actions required.
Monitor the status of tasks on 4P that have been sent out to consultants.
Attend design team meetings and workshops, taking minutes and documenting outcomes.
Chase queries with designers.
Check site dimensions for key interfaces.
Chase as‑built and handover documentation.
Review specifications to ensure the drawings reflect the same info.
Monitor client requirements and outstanding actions.
Check archived information for legacy issues.
Ensure documentation on Sharepoint is up‑to‑date.
