Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Laborer role. The Laborer will assist with daily construction activities such as site preparation, land clearing, grading, and general clean-up of job sites. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, supporting concrete and asphalt paving operations, and helping with utility installation under the direction of supervisors. The role may involve operating or assisting with basic construction tools and equipment, following safety procedures, and maintaining an organized work area.

The Laborer will work closely with crew members to complete tasks on schedule and support overall project quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment, and willingness to learn safe operation of machinery under supervision.
• Strong awareness of job site safety practices and commitment to following company and regulatory safety guidelines.
• Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in construction, site work, or related trades is preferred but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to and from job sites.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
