Job Title
The City of Chartres-de-Bretagne is recruiting for the citizenship service an animateur/trice of the civic and associative life.
Job DescriptionThe agent will be in charge, under the responsibility of the director of the pole, and in liaison with the animateur/trice-coordinateur/trice of the Ecocitizenship House:
- To favor the participation of the inhabitants in the projects of the commune in transversality with the other poles (integration of the civic participation in the project management, participation in reflections, animations of meetings or participatory tools with the inhabitants)
- To animate the participatory instances of the commune
- To coordinate actions of sensitization on the use of the bicycle
- To contribute to the animation of the associative life (time of concertation, time of sensitization, time of exchanges of practice…)
- To pilot or participate in the organization of municipal events (neighborhood visit, welcome of the new chartrains, festival I act for my planet, forum of associations and of the volunteering, caravan of the sport…)
- To accompany the projects of inhabitants
- To coordinate projects in relation with the associations
- To develop actions of “go towards” the inhabitants during events and on the public space
- To support the participatory dynamic of the ecocitizenship house (participation to the preparation and animation of meetings, participation to the actions of going towards, conduct of animations in relation with the ecological transition, link with the collectives, support to the projects of inhabitants, welcome of public, listening and accompaniment of the inhabitants)
- To participate to the management of the objecthèque
- To participate to the actions of the collectivity according to the needs
The collectivity is looking for an agent:
- With a very good relationship
- In capacity to develop projects and animations, in transversality with different actors
- Rigorous and methodical
- With writing, analysis and synthesis qualities
- In capacity to animate work groups
- Having knowledge in methods of participative and collaborative animation
- Creative
- Autonomous
