Customer Service Associate

Friendly, helpful and kind individuals to join our Customer Service team as a full-time associate. Our Customer Service Associates hold a special role in our company because the customers they interact with daily are so special to us as well! As a customer service associate, you will get to consistently provide first class customer service through our various online platforms. Associates will either work in office in Auburn, AL or occasionally be asked to work remote for night or weekend shifts.

• Communicate with customers through phone calls and emails regarding orders and special requests.
• Consistently provide first class customer service through a friendly, positive and helpful attitude.
• Acquire a confident knowledge of our inventory to provide educated recommendations and styling suggestions to customers.
