Job Summary:
  • Check in/out members/guests into resort campground
  • Provides support for resort management
  • Helps resolve member/guest issues
  • Provides excellent customer service to members/guests
  • Computer data entry and answer incoming calls
  • Part Time position
  • Weekend and Holiday shifts required
Essential Functions:
  • Acts as first line of customer service for members/guests
  • Assist front desk in day to day activities
  • Works as a team member with all departments of the resort
  • Cash handling and reporting
Required Skills/

Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (strong computer skills)
  • Ability to communicate both written and oral with management, members/guest
  • Ability to multi task
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Required Education/

Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years administrative experience
While preforming job duties these work environment will be encountered
  • Wet/Dry conditions
  • Upset members/guests
  • Hot / Cold temperature
  • Vehicles (Golf Cart) Noise levels may be loud at times
