As a Service BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling our service department—providing exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring every customer has a seamless experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming service department calls promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments
- Answer customer questions regarding service needs, maintenance, and appointment availability
- Route calls to the appropriate department or team member when needed
- Communicate with Service Advisors and Management to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer information and appointment notes within our systems
- Follow up with customers regarding appointment confirmations when necessary
- Attend weekly team meetings and complete ongoing training
- Deliver exceptional customer service—every customer, every time
- Previous BDC, customer service, receptionist, or call center experience is a plus (but not required!)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional and friendly phone presence
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- High School Diploma or equivalent
