Location: Lawrenceville
Medieval Times is seeking part-time and full-time Customer Service Representatives for our national Call Center in Lawrenceville, GA. You will assist guests with show information and ticket purchases, and actively upsell experiences.
Ideal candidates have guest service experience, strong communication, and basic computer skills; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Work hours vary, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced call center environment.
