We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Birmingham, United States location (4527 Valleydale Rd.). In this role, you will be the face of our organization, delivering exceptional service to every customer who walks through our doors or calls our store. Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers with a warm, welcoming demeanor and answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
• Take accurate customer orders and process transactions using our point-of-sale system with precision and efficiency
• Handle cash and payment processing while maintaining accuracy and following all security protocols
• Prepare products according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment throughout the store, including customer-facing areas and back-of-house operations
• Uphold professional appearance and grooming standards at all times, representing our brand with pride
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support store operations during peak and off-peak hours
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional duties as assigned to support team needs
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including availability for weekends and holidays when the team needs you most
