• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to handle cashier responsibilities and payment processing
• Knowledge of collection procedures and billing inquiries
• Tactful and courteous engagement with the public
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills

• Experience with utility billing or customer account management
• Familiarity with payment processing systems such as CSS
• Knowledge of electricity service operations and outage reporting

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or utility industries is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to assist with merchandise sales and program requests
