Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range $55-70 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time, $5,000 for part‑time.

As a Dental Hygienist at Benevis, you will be part of a team that delivers high‑quality dental care in a fun, compassionate environment, serving an average of 70%+ pediatric patients.

  reimbursement up to $250 per year after one year of employment
• Company‑provided certification training and reimbursement for eligible training/testing expenses (CPR, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide, etc.)

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist.
• Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and other procedures.
• Offer same‑day care opportunities and excellent customer service.
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
• Assess dental and medical history and needs of patients.
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process.
• Assist with dental and perio charting, and take x‑rays when necessary.
• Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for patients and parents.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
