Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency dental care to patients of all ages
• Conduct thorough exams, diagnose dental conditions, and interpret radiographs
• Develop and present individualized treatment plans with clear patient education
• Perform routine and complex procedures including fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals
• Ensure high standards of infection control, safety, and clinical quality
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to coordinate care
• Document findings, treatment, and follow-up in electronic health records accurately and timely
• Communicate compassionately with patients, building trust and long-term relationships
• Participate in continuing education, training, and quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and community-focused practice culture
