We are seeking an energetic, reliable Dental Assistant with 1–3 years of experience to join our collaborative team full-time across a 4-day workweek.
Position SummaryAs our Dental Assistant
, you will serve as a vital clinical partner to Dr. Kleiner and our hygiene team. You will drive smooth daily chairside operations, ensure optimal patient comfort, capture high-quality digital diagnostics, and maintain meticulous operatory readiness in a modern, tech-forward clinical setting.
- Chairside Assisting: Assist Dr. Kleiner during a wide variety of comprehensive dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, crown/bridge, endodontic, and oral surgery visits.
- Patient Comfort & Care: Greet patients, prepare them for procedures, guide them through treatment steps with empathy, and clearly communicate post-operative instructions.
- Digital Diagnostics: Capture crisp, low-radiation digital X-rays (Dexis/Dentiray) and intraoral photos to assist with doctor diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Operatory & Instrument Management: Set up, breakdown, and thoroughly sanitize treatment rooms; clean, sterilize, and package clinical instruments adhering to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
- Clinical Admin & Inventory Support: Update electronic health records accurately, chart treatment notes, track lab cases, and assist with monitoring dental supply inventories.
- Dental Assistant Certification: Graduated from an accredited Dental Assisting program or holding a recognized Dental Assistant Certification (required).
- Arizona Radiologic Proficiency Certificate: Active AZ Radiologic Proficiency Certificate issued by the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners (required).
- CPR/BLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification for healthcare providers (required).
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands‑on dental assisting experience (required).

Familiarity with digital X-rays, electronic dental software, and modern dental instrumentation. - Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication, strong detail orientation, and a warm, compassionate chairside manner.
- Competitive Hourly Pay: $22.00 – $24.00/hour depending on experience.
