Business Assistant II

Are you a people person who loves building relationships, helping patients, and being part of a growing team? We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our dental practice in Madison, AL!

In this role, you’ll be an important part of the patient journey—helping patients understand their treatment options, navigate financial arrangements, and feel confident moving forward with their care.

• Present treatment plans and clearly explain recommended care
• Build strong relationships with patients and provide an exceptional experience
• Discuss insurance benefits, financial options, and payment arrangements
• Follow up with patients on outstanding treatment and help improve case acceptance
• Coordinate appointments and maintain an organized treatment schedule
• Partner with doctors and the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Track treatment opportunities and support practice goals
• Assist with front-office responsibilities as needed

• Dental office or treatment coordination experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident discussing treatment costs and financial options
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong focus on customer service
• Motivated by goals and helping the practice grow
