Manpower is seeking to recruit a Design Coordinator to join a fast-paced, design-led environment working across Architecture, Interior Design, and Project Management.
You’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track — coordinating deliverables, managing documentation, and ensuring seamless communication across teams and stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing :- Coordinating design packages and submission schedules
- Managing document control, drawing registers, and action logs
- Supporting design reviews and client submissions
- Aligning teams across disciplines (Arch, , MEP, C&S, Commercial)
- Ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery
- Experience in design coordination (Architecture, , or multidisciplinary)
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
- Familiarity with AutoCAD/Revit is a plus
- Work on high-end, design-driven projects
- Be part of an ambitious, collaborative team
- Gain exposure to complex, international work
