Prefer providers that can work a minimum of 8-10 shifts per month. Annual visits: 28,000 Coverage: 24 hours of doc coverage, 20 hours of APP coverage daily Admission rate: 20% Need to be comfortable with high acuity and see 2 patients per hour.
