We are seeking passionate, dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Teachers to join our team! We have multiple positions available, including Lead Teacher, Assistant Teacher, Floaters, and Closers. Our center operates Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-6:30 PM.

Responsibilities

As a Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will:

* Create a welcoming, engaging classroom where children feel safe to learn and grow

* Foster a love of learning through a positive, growth-oriented mindset

* Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children

* Provide a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment

* Communicate regularly with parents through mobile apps and in-person conversations

* Support center success by partnering with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals

* Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a collaborative, dynamic environment

Qualifications

* A genuine passion for the education and care of children

* Teaching experience:

* 1 year of professional experience (preferred)

* 6 months required for Full-Time positions

* Education:

* Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred)

* High School Diploma or GED required (18+ years old)

* Must meet all applicable state licensing requirements
