Holy Trinity School is seeking dedicated and compassionate Intervention Aides to support students in the intermediate (grades 4–5) and junior high (grades 6–8) levels. These positions provide academic and classroom support for students with diverse learning needs through small-group instruction, reinforcement of classroom learning, and targeted interventions that promote student success. Successful candidates will be caring, dependable, and student-centered, with a genuine desire to help learners overcome challenges and experience success both academically and personally.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; associate degree or coursework in education preferred. Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Patience, flexibility, and the ability to work with students who have varying learning needs. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
