The Department of Art at CSU Fullerton invites applications for its Part‑Time Lecturer Pool. Primary responsibilities include teaching studio or lecture classes and working with colleagues to develop curricular offerings.
Lecturer positions may be eligible for a benefits package depending on the credit‑load taught each semester.

- Earned MFA degree, or its equivalent, in the field of study or a closely related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience teaching at the college or university level.
- Demonstrated ability to interact and work effectively with an inclusive and culturally diverse range of students, including first‑generation college students.
- Working knowledge of historical and contemporary art and arts practices.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate group and individual critiques.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate and collaborate with students.
- Demonstrated ability to be organized and use digital platforms to deliver content.
- Significant teaching experience in working with diverse populations and fostering a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment.
- Relevant performance and professional experience.

Required materials prior to official hire:
All part‑time faculty appointments are made as Lecturers. Initial appointments are for one semester only. Community Classification Range: $5,507 – $6,677 per month. Anticipated hiring range depending on qualifications: up to $6,221 per month. For a three‑unit assignment, typical starting compensation ranges from $6,608.40 to $7,465.20 per semester.
