Kid Check Attendant
Join CEC Entertainment as a Kid Check Attendant – ensuring children are safe while they run and play at our locations. This role provides a fun first‑time job opportunity with opportunities for growth within the company.
CompensationCommission-based pay:
Employed under exempt or non‑exempt classification. Exempt commission potential ranges from $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold. Non‑exempt commission potential ranges from $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership sold and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold. All commissions are paid bi‑weekly, unless state law requires otherwise.
- Operate Kid Check® system to ensure all children are present before leaving the premises.
- Assist guests with ticketing, group access, and general inquiries.
- Maintain a friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic welcome for guests.
- Perform lift or carry tasks of 0–50 pounds during the shift.
- Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push or pull, walk, and squat as required during the shift.
- Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers.
- Work safely in an environment with flashing lights, loud noises, and moving mechanical equipment.
- At least 16 years old.
- Available to work a variety of shifts.
