2. Increase conversations in the community about food insecurity, poverty, and obesity, and 3. decrease the need for food and healthy food options

Member Duties : Design and launch a digital intake and swipe-in tracking system to securely collect student utilization data while maintaining confidentiality;
Create a standardized campus-wide student feedback and survey system to evaluate the market s impact on food security, academic focus, and student retention metrics;
Analyze student usage patterns to determine optimal operating hours and predict peak demand times for food, hygiene products, and school supplies;
Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory intake, data logging, and emergency resource distributions to ensure operational consistency;
Create a standardized volunteer onboarding, shift scheduling, and hours-tracking database to streamline student and service-learning participation
