Dora First Baptist Church in Dora, AL is prayerfully seeking a co-vocational Head Pastor called to shepherd, preach, teach, lead, and serve the congregation. The pastor will serve as the primary spiritual leader and preaching pastor while balancing pastoral ministry with outside employment.
The ideal candidate demonstrates sound doctrine, biblical character, pastoral maturity, servant leadership, and a heart for evangelism, discipleship, missions, and church unity.
