Dora First Baptist Church seeks a co-vocational Head Pastor who shepherds, preaches, teaches, leads, and serves the congregation. The pastor will balance pastoral ministry with outside employment while serving as the primary spiritual leader and preaching pastor.
The candidate should demonstrate sound doctrine, biblical character, pastoral maturity, servant leadership, and a heart for evangelism, discipleship, missions, and church unity.
