Adjunct Teaching Positions
Alabama A&M University invites applications for adjunct teaching positions. These positions are part-time, non-tenured positions. Previous teaching is preferred. This is an online applicant pool in the event that Alabama A&M University should have a future opening in the below areas. The Department of Visual, Performing and Communication Arts is seeking adjuncts in the following areas:
- MUSIC EDUCATION
- Elementary Music Methods
- Single Reed Methods
- Double Reed Methods
- Percussion Methods
Minimum position requirements include a Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in music education, a PhD in Music Education (preferred), or a DMA in Conducting (preferred).
