Do you love this age the curiosity, the wobbly first steps into independence, the mess, the little breakthroughs that feel huge? We're looking for a toddler teacher who's genuinely excited to be part of it all. You'll design hands-on lessons, guide early social and emotional growth, and help our littlest learners build the foundation for a lifetime of curiosity.

• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities rooted in play-based learning
• Create a safe, warm classroom where toddlers feel secure enough to explore and try new things
• Nurture social skills and emotional growth through everyday moments and interactions
• Track developmental milestones and keep families in the loop with updates that matter
• Partner with fellow teachers to swap ideas and strengthen our curriculum together
• Keep your classroom clean, organized, and inviting a space toddlers love walking into

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with toddlers in an early childhood setting
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• A solid understanding of child development principles
• Clear, friendly communication with children, families, and teammates alike
• Patience, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm for the beautiful chaos of the toddler years

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.

At TLE, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
