Dora First Baptist Church is seeking a co-vocational Head Pastor to shepherd, preach, teach, lead, and serve the congregation. The pastor will be the primary spiritual leader while balancing pastoral ministry with outside employment or other vocational responsibilities.
The candidate should demonstrate sound doctrine, biblical character, pastoral maturity, servant leadership, and a heart for evangelism, discipleship, missions, and church unity.
