Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and caring Floater Teacher to join our team and help create meaningful experiences that support each child's development and success.

The Floater Teacher provides flexible classroom support to teachers and children across multiple age groups. This role requires adaptability, positive energy, and a passion for early childhood education. The Floater Teacher helps maintain a safe, educational, and caring environment while ensuring smooth daily operations.
We are currently looking for both Full Time and Part Time Floaters.

• Support lead and assistant teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Assist with meals, snacks, nap time, and daily routines.
• Communicate professionally with children, families, and staff.
• Follow all licensing, health, and safety requirements.
• Step into different classrooms as needed to maintain appropriate staffing ratios.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with young children preferred.
• CDA, ECE coursework, or related early childhood education experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with children of various ages.
• Must pass all required background checks.
