Electrician (H/F) Confirmed To Be Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced electrician to join our team for activities related to public lighting.

Reporting to a project manager, you will be responsible for operations including:

• Maintenance work on public lighting installations and electric vehicle charging stations
• Renovation or extension of public lighting
• Troubleshooting of public lighting installations and electric vehicle charging stations

Your main duties will include:

• Preparation, organization, and follow-up of work
• Setting up of site signage and marking
• Reading plans
• Daily maintenance of site journals
• Evaluation of anticipated needs for personnel, tools, and supplies
• Monitoring of work progress
• Reporting information to your supervisor
• Supervising a team of 2 to 3 employees and/or temporary workers

You will pay close attention to the observance of safety rules on the sites assigned to you and ensure that the rules are properly applied by the employees under your supervision (wearing of personal protective equipment, site marking, safety briefings, etc.).

Your working area will be within a 40 km radius around Rennes.

Your profile?

You hold a CAP/BEP to Bac Pro or equivalent in electricity and have significant experience in electrical work, ideally in public lighting.

You enjoy working on varied outdoor projects.

Your interpersonal skills, your rigor, and your organizational skills will be your best assets for success in this position.
