Equans France is looking for its future.

Poste based at Saint-Jacques de la Lande (35).

You will join our Axima Travaux Bretagne agency, 75 employees - 15M€ turnover, which has a historical expertise in this field. Our agency ensures the follow-up and execution of climate engineering and plumbing projects in the tertiary, industrial and health sectors, throughout the Brittany region. It is located in Rennes and Lorient.

Within our Studies Bureau and in collaboration with the Business Managers, you contribute to the realization of technical studies for our climate engineering and plumbing projects of tertiary type, hospitals, industries (Example: Safran Rennes Factory, Stade Rennais Training Center, Hôtel Dieu).

In this capacity, your missions are as follows:

• Realize technical studies in execution phase: realization of the calculations of dimensioning, of the schemes of functioning and of the plans of execution, writing of the technical specifications of material…,
• Participate in the technical choices and in the methods of execution,
• Select the material (productions calorifiques, air treatment, smoke extraction …).

And all this, in respect of the client's specifications and of the rules in force.

Graduated from a Bac+2/+3 in energetics or similar, you have a minimum experience of 5 years in CVC in a company of installation or in a studies bureau.

You master the techniques of dimensioning of installations of equipment of climate engineering as well as the use of the software Autocad and REVIT.

Rigor, organizational capacity, sense of analysis and relational ease are essential assets to succeed in this position.
