Job Overview
Prime Air is seeking a Repair Technician to conduct drone maintenance and routine service, ensuring aircraft conforms to design and remains in safe operating condition. The technician collaborates with engineering, flight operations, and other Prime Air teams to meet assigned responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Drive time‑based and condition‑based maintenance activities
- Show understanding of fleet performance metrics
- Verify adherence to FAA regulations and Prime Air directives and processes
- Manage fleet spare parts and inventory
- Demonstrate proactive safety mindset in ambiguous situations
- Follow detailed instructions outlined in technical manuals
- Carry/lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours
- Frequent push, pull, squat, bend, and reach motions
- Work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Travel up to 25% of the time
This position may require a deemed export control license and may be subject to Department of Transportation drug and alcohol testing for safety‑sensitive functions.
Basic Qualifications- 1+ year of mechanical and electrical integration or assembly experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work in environments with variable noise, temperature, and weather, including outdoor and refrigerated conditions
- Demonstrated record of good attendance and punctuality
- Experience installing sub‑assemblies and assemblies using drawings or CAD files
- Experience in the aviation industry
- Business communication skills
- Experience in robotics and manufacturing engineering

CompensationStarting pay: $33.00 USD hourly. Pay may vary by shift and location.
