Skills Needed: REQUIREMENTS: Earned B.S. in Engineering, 4-year Technical Degree or equivalent years of demonstrated knowledge in a maintenance environment is required. Level and compensation based on experience.

Skills Needed: Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED required.
-Minimum of 2 years work experience supervising crews in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
-Position does not rotate shifts, but successful candidate must have ability to work other than day shift which will include extended workdays, weekends, and holidays on an as needed basis.


Preferred Skills
 
Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor of Science or Associate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Electrical Maintenance or similar degree program or equivalent years of demonstrated knowledge in a large industrial/maintenance environment.
Preferred candidate will have experience supervising unionized employees or similar military leadership experience.

Skills Needed: JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field required.  Professional Engineer's license preferred.
• At least 5 years’ experience in fabrication, paint and assembly operations
• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing preferred.
• At least 5 years’ previous experience as a supervisor or manager.
• Must have knowledge with actual experience preferred using Pro/E CAD system.
• Lean Manufacturing and structured problem-solving experience.
• Demonstrate prior experience with quality procedures such as SPC and FMEA preferred
• ISO 9001 knowledge and experience preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience with machine and fixture design.
• At least 5 years’ experience with developing, writing, and executing capital equipment and facility layout projects.
• Must be a self-starter and work under limited supervision.
• Must exercise substantial degree of judgment.
• Must have excellent oral and written communications skills.

Skills Needed: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE  
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or related field  
• Two years of relevant engineer experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Works well under pressure; must be organized and able to attain results on several projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Results-oriented and self-starter
• Minimum two years of experience In creating BOMs and routings for complex assemblies
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Strong cross function coordinator

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Corrected vision of 20/20, preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced quality –oriented environment.
• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as determined for the position.
