• Develop and execute market strategies to achieve sales goals for Teledyne HiRel and e2v products
• Identify and cultivate relationships with current and potential customers
• Conduct market research and provide insights to guide product development
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to close deals
• Manage sales forecasting, planning, and reporting

• Strong technical sales skills and ability to influence decision-makers
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage large territories and diverse product lines
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

• Familiarity with RF semiconductors, power semiconductors, modules/hybrids, and optocouplers
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
