We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, support bidding processes, and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project planning. • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop competitive bids.

• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, and Operations to gather necessary information for estimates.
• Provide recommendations to optimize project costs and resource allocation.

• Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and supporting documentation.
• Provide reports and summaries to management to support decision-making.

• Identify opportunities to improve estimating processes and tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, costs, and best practices.

• Proven experience in construction, engineering, or related estimating roles.
• Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Certifications in construction estimating or project management (e.g., AACE, PMP).

• Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000
