Westrock - - Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, coordinate, and report work for the assigned maintenance department.;
Develop and maintain detailed preventive (PM) work orders and outage/shutdown workloads.;
Prepare complete work order packages including scope of work, specifications, materials, permits, and safety information.;
Attend or lead weekly planning coordination meetings with planners, coordinators, and supervisors to develop upcoming work schedules.;
Escort contractor groups to job sites to ensure full understanding of scopes of work and bids.
