Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute integration and test activities within an Assembly, Integration, and Test environment to verify system performance and readiness.
- Create, develop, and maintain test procedures that support system integration and vehicle delivery.
- Support documentation control, configuration tracking, release processes, and government submittals.
- Coordinate daily integration and test activities across multiple internal and external disciplines.
- Obtain certification and perform duties as a Certified Test Conductor / Test Engineer, supporting system integration and verification efforts.
- Hands‑on engineering environment supporting hardware integration and test operations.
- Work performed in laboratory, manufacturing, and test facilities.
- Fast‑paced, mission‑critical setting requiring collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program teams.
- Occasional presentations to senior leadership and government customers.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence in all activities.
- Active Interim Secret security clearance required prior to start.
- Experience in Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) operations.
- Experience in writing and executing test procedures in an Assembly, Test, Launch Operations (ATLO), or production environment.
- Willingness and ability to present technical information to senior customers and Lockheed Martin executives.
- Prior certification as a Certified Test Conductor, Certified Principal Engineer, or industry equivalent.
- Experience with, or willingness to learn, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
- Background testing weapon systems in a production or operational environment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, and requirements.
- Experience in or adjacent to manufacturing engineering or test engineering, including hardware integration and test flows.
- Proven success working on cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Space systems tools (e.g., SAP, EPDM, VECAMS, PMP Database, Automation Framework) or similar industry tools.
- Hands‑on experience with basic laboratory equipment (power supplies, multimeters, signal analyzers, etc.).
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with customers, program leadership, and engineering teams.
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
