We’re looking for a Production Test Integrator to bring mission‑critical systems to life. You’ll lead the integration and testing of advanced defense systems, shaping solutions that protect millions and define the future of missile defense. • Serve as a technical SME in programmatic discussions regarding production test planning and execution.
• Coordinate IMS planning, task organization, change control, integration, and completion of test procedures and production projects within the All Up Round (AUR) IPT focusing on AUR Assembly, Integration, and Test.
• Plan and formulate AI & T engineering, review AUR product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
• Support AUR test procedure development, review and release.
• Coordinate activities concerned with AUR technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
• Maintain technical knowledge of AUR AI & T processes, procedures, plans, SOPs, and requirements to deliver the NGI AUR.
• Interface between Production Operations and AUR CAM, AUR Planner, and AUR Production Integration Lead.
• Quantify and report cost impacts resulting from change processes (ERB), what‑if scenarios, production stoppages, etc.
• Direct interface between Engineering and Production Operations in support of AUR AI & T technical issue resolution.
• Lead Design for Testability efforts across AUR IPT products and future upgrades in conjunction with Manufacturing Engineering.
• Review and mitigate critical path to production.
• Coordinate program resources in support of AUR production activities.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Demonstrated experience leading within a team.
• Ability to support coordination between multiple teams and multiple locations.
• Ability to update/develop long‑range plans.
• Experience presenting to external customer.
• Experience as a Test Engineer.
• Proven ability to perform impact assessments to the production flow.
• Ability to obtain Secret security clearance.

• Proven ability to develop and clearly deliver presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines in support of product delivery.
• Experience working with integrated master schedules (MS Project, Open Plan, or other scheduling tools).
• Experience directly supporting production test or production test activities.
• Certified Test Conductor Training (or similar external training).
• Program design review experience.
• Current/Active secret security clearance.
