Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Reliability Department supporting operational excellence and asset management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Collaborate with reliability and operations teams to identify and resolve long-term asset issues and reliability threats
+ Analyze data from various sources to recommend and justify life-cycle cost and reliability improvements
+ Lead Root Cause Analysis for major failures to prevent recurrence
+ Support engineering, design, specification, and execution of projects to maximize reliability and operability
+ Review and update Standard Maintenance and Operating procedures
** What's Needed?*
* + Hold a High School/GED diploma; a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering is preferred
+ Minimum of five years' experience in maintenance or reliability engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment
+ Hands-on experience with mechanical equipment such as compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, and piping systems
+ Ability to interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and machinery drawings confidently
+ Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies
