  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, service, vendors, production, and mechanical teams.
  • Participate in 3D model reviews to ensure designs are production-ready.
  • Create and manage BOMs and support engineering change processes.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during prototype builds, pilot builds, and production.
  • Support testing and validation of new electrical designs.
  • Drive continuous improvement and product innovation.
  • Support quality, safety, and accuracy across engineering and manufacturing.
  • Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams during design and manufacturing phases.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • TARGETED experience with the Design, layout, and development of electrical wiring harness and cable harness systems, ideally for a VEHICLE or other LIMITED SPACE/Route option application is needed.
  • Strong background in hands-on electrical work, electrical systems design.
  • Experience with low voltage systems, power management, communication protocols, and lighting technologies.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues in real-world applications.
  • Familiarity with specialty vehicle or marine system design preferred over traditional automotive.
  • Experience with Solid Works, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (SAP is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, routing, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong communication skills and a team mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
