Job Opportunity
As a large equipment driver/lateral entrant/mining technologist for the production and underground technical area of K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH at the Hattorf/Winter shall mines in Philippsthal and Unterbreizbach, you will take on the following tasks in a three-shift system. We have a permanent need for personnel. Therefore, we will contact you as soon as there are concrete positions to be filled.
- Driving and operating large equipment and machines underground (e.g., loading machines, etc.)
- Performing activities underground in the extraction area and in rear mine workings
- Checking the operational and working tools for proper condition and the vehicles and machines before each start-up regarding traffic and operational safety
- Observing the laws, regulations, and instructions
With a successful technical or vocational training, for example, in the field of mining, civil engineering, or a similar specialty, secure knowledge of technical processes and operating work machines and systems, good understanding of operational processes, team skills, flexibility, accuracy, and conscientiousness, independent work and safety-conscious behavior, willingness to work shifts and overtime in a three-shift system, also on weekends and public holidays, and health suitability for permanent underground work (mine suitability).
