Production Engineer
The Production Engineer position is responsible for contributing technical expertise to ensure the operation produces product that meets all quality, cost, and efficiency requirements. This position will design, develop, and implement continuous process improvements to meet goals established by the business/location, along with providing technical guidance to the plant operations teams to assist with process troubleshooting and developing corrective action plans.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; work from heights, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability see color and adjust focus.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions on site. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust.
In addition this job also operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

- Adhere to the safety policies, procedures and site rules.
- Fully participate in the safety programme, including reporting any incidents or near misses and auditing.
Performance Measures
- The incumbent will be measured against site EHS, Quality, Production, Reliability and Leadership goals.
- Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineer or related engineering field
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills.
- Data and goal driven mindset.
- 1-3 years of Engineering experience preferred in Chemical Operation/Production Environment or Industrial Manufacturing.
Pay range for this position is $78,600 - $108,100.
