Wrapping Engineer
Provide support for new equipment, handing it over to maintenance and production with all the necessary operating information. Train the support or maintenance team on these new technologies. Document changes and improvements made by the controls team. Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting equipment or welding failures and implementing equipment (machine) changes. Train personnel on the application of 2K adhesives, including water-based, solvent-based, PUR, hot melt, etc.
Lead multidisciplinary teams in problem-solving using basic and advanced methodologies such as 5 Whys, contrast testing, Red Ex, and Six Sigma. Train the maintenance team to improve and develop their skills. Enable and/or modify installed and/or in-process error proofing systems. Comply with Inteva's safety regulations. Complete monthly training sessions on the Wombat platform.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Automotive, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, or at least 5 years of experience in the aforementioned processes. Advanced English. Review the EHS

Knowledge of 2K, water-based, solvent-based, hot melt, and PUR adhesives. Knowledge of machinery and tools. Knowledge of automatic and manual adhesive applications. Knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Automotive, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, or at least 5 years of experience in the aforementioned processes.
