Engineering Leader For Capex Projects
In your capacity as the Engineering leader responsible for CAPEX projects, you will strategically manage and deliver a portfolio of initiatives aimed at expanding and modernizing plant operations. This role requires an ability to integrate engineering best practices with business goals to ensure projects meet technical specifications, safety standards, budgetary guidelines, and schedule requirements.
Key duties include leading efforts related to:
- Planning and execution of capital projects ranging from production line upgrades to packaging automation and infrastructure enhancements.
- Overseeing coordination with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maximize efficiency and effectiveness throughout all project stages.
- Monitoring project progress, facilitating risk assessments, and implementing solutions to challenges encountered during project deployment.
- Guiding Engineering and Project teams through complex technical challenges and fostering an environment of operational excellence.
- Aligning project objectives with corporate sustainability goals and regulatory compliance responsibilities.
Educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent, ensuring a solid foundation in engineering principles and practices.
Minimum of five years' experience in managing CAPEX projects within a manufacturing context, illustrating an ability to manage multiple large-scale engineering projects concurrently.
Demonstrated experience in managing automation projects, production line enhancements, and significant infrastructure upgrades, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of technical and operational challenges.
Proven leadership skills with a history of successfully directing multidisciplinary teams and supervising project execution to meet stringent deadlines and specifications.
Fluency in advanced English is required to effectively collaborate with international teams, write reports, and present project progress to diverse audiences.
