Location: Richmond
Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) Richmond highways team seeks a Project/Program Manager to market, develop, and manage objectives for highway projects, including scopes, schedules, and budgets, with experience in design‑build and P3 delivery.
Candidates should hold an ABET‑accredited engineering degree, a Professional Engineer license, 15+ years of relevant experience, and knowledge of VDOT criteria;
Open Roads Designer and Micro Station experience is preferred.
