Jobtailor is seeking a quality engineer to lead root cause analysis and CAPA for process and material concerns. This role requires strong GD&T and SPC knowledge, and the ability to guide cross functional teams in corrective actions throughout manufacturing.
You will develop FMEA, participate in APQP/PPAP for new products, maintain QC plans, and train Quality Associates. The successful candidate will analyze data, report findings, and drive KPI targets with lean, team-based problem solving.
