In support of our Client, Resource Tek is currently seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional who can build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively with Engineering, Process Technology, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, OEMs, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional decision-making, analytical, metallurgical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated track record of taking ownership of process and equipment challenges and driving them to successful resolution.

This individual must be an effective communicator who can work across multiple departments, disciplines, and organizational levels while translating process requirements, existing plant conditions, and product mix demands into practical engineering and equipment solutions. Success in this role requires the technical expertise and confidence to challenge OEM assumptions and proposed solutions when they do not adequately align with operational process conditions or product requirements.
