Overview

Reporting to the Sports book Manager, this role serves as the front‑line representative of the retail sports book. The incumbent provides high‑quality customer service, advises on betting options, and maintains compliance with company and gaming regulations.

• Deliver a superior customer experience to both seasoned bettors and novices.
• Advise customers on the range of sports‑betting options and answer related questions.
• Resolve customer disputes or complaints and, when appropriate, refer issues to the supervisor.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation in accordance with company policy and gaming control board standards.
• Present a professional appearance and uphold company values at all times.
• Maintain an awareness of compliance rules and ensure adherence during daily operations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership to foster a positive work environment.

• Minimum of one (1) year of cash‑handling experience in a work setting.
• Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Excel, internet).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 21 years of age or older, with the ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license from the Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions if required.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Proficient with simple math calculations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift/push 25 lbs., twist, bend, and reach with no significant limitations.
• Commitment to comply with all company and Gaming Control Board requirements.
