Overview
We are looking for a Sr. Financial Advisor in Lehigh Valley, PA that will be responsible for managing select client relationships while collaborating with and supporting colleagues who oversee additional client relationships.
Responsibilities- Lead and support client relationships
- Develop customized comprehensive financial plans focused on cash flow, tax, investment strategy, retirement planning, estate planning, executive compensation, and risk management.
- Administer and coordinate ongoing client needs, including responding to inquiries, completing research and tasks, taking meeting and call notes, and communicating with team members.
- Collaborate with the investment team to provide input on client‑specific circumstances, manage tax‑loss harvesting, and oversee client portfolios.
- Build deep client relationships and coordinate implementation and ongoing management of financial plans.
- Act as a leader, facilitating communication and cooperation among departments and team members.
- Lead client meetings with relevant team members.
- Foster new business development opportunities to help the firm grow.
- Mentor and coach other team members to encourage teamwork and professional development.
- Maintain relationships with 60‑100 client families, each with wide‑ranging needs and preferences.
- Be well‑organized, have scrupulous attention to detail, reliably follow through on short‑term and long‑term planning items, and multitask effectively without losing focus.

- Bachelor's Degree
- CFP or CFA certification
- Minimum of 7‑10 years of experience in a wealth management‑related or financial services field
- Coaching and/or leadership experience with a team of advisors is desirable.
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficient at analyzing client financial priorities, preparing recommendations, and delivering advice
- Thorough understanding of investment concepts; comfortable communicating investment strategies
- Highly proficient in financial planning software and general computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player, able to work well with all levels of the firm and with clients
- Adaptability and flexibility; able to work under pressure and during busy periods to meet client needs
- Personable, warm, engaging; client‑first attitude
- Occasional travel may be required.

- Salary range for this role is $150,000‑175,000 and supplemented by robust, performance‑linked incentive programs tied directly to client acquisition and book growth.
- Pay ranges are job specific and provided as a point of market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors that directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and most importantly, performance in the job role.
