• Process day-to-day accounting operations across the department.
• Work with Capgemini and purchasing teams to match and verify invoices.
• Monitor and review vendor master changes and complete the vendor change checklist.
• Help prepare manual and weekly vendor payment runs, get appropriate signatures, and file all back-ups.
• Monitor the folio request email address and provide folio copies to guests following the Four Seasons standards.
• Assist the Credit Manager in the invoice preparation process.
• Review accuracy of the Daily Revenue Report and ensure correct classification of all revenues and statistics.
• Establish and maintain communications with the night audit team and review night audit work daily for accuracy.
• Follow up with departments for missing Income Audit paperwork (house charges, voids, adjustments…)
• Conduct and comply payroll and general cashier tasks and controls.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to accounting matters
• Assist with any ad-hoc reporting requests and projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and internal controls

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Fluent in both Japanese & English language.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
