The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for developing relationships and originating new and refinanced mortgage loans from Realtors, builders, and existing and potential customers ensuring customers receive personalized, high-quality service.
Qualifications- Required Education/Knowledge: High school graduate or equivalent, extensive knowledge of mortgage origination and credit, general knowledge of all areas of mortgage related products.
- Required Experience: Experience in originating secondary market quality loans, past retail or business lending experience.
- Required Skills: Strong human relations skills, effective communication skills, PC and technology skills, analytical skills.
